Welcome to Our Lady of the Way, an Ignatian Virtual Retreat Center, dedicated to Catholic Spiritual Direction and sharing the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius with our fellow pilgrims. 

 

Our “Come and See” is a directed retreat for those who desire to grow in their personal relationship with God and deepen their prayer life. Here in this retreat, one comes to experience the workings of a discerning soul in seeking, listening, noticing, reflecting, desiring, and responding to the reality that all is gift and grace from God, who is forever present and active in every moment. 

 

This Ignatian Encounter also serves as an introduction for those not yet familiar with Ignatian Spirituality and the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. It is offered throughout the year. Retreatants will have access to content on prayer and discernment in addition to experience in using the methods, teachings, and wisdom of St. Ignatius taken from his Spiritual Exercises.

What is included:

  • 1 Initial Preparatory session for answering your questions and sharing your concerns

  • 10 weekly 45m Spiritual direction sessions

  • Handouts:

    • Ignatian Retreat Prayer Guide

    • 'Come and See' Prayer Schedule with Scriptures

    • Supplemental materials may be provided depending on the retreatant's previous experience and knowledge.

Signing up with a Director

All of our directors are located in Eastern Time and work across several time zones. Click here to view our list of directors. Depending on your schedule, a particular director may not be available.
